WTW specializes in complete turnkey manufacturing packages including engineering, prototypes, tool construction, and wire/EDM.

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Review and process purchase order acknowledgements in a timely manner and in accord with company purchasing policy and procedures.
  2. Utilize company ERP system to monitor purchase order status.
  3. Communicate order status and shipping information to internal and external customers.
  4. Provides customer service support.  Fields questions, finds answers, maintains strong customer relationships
  5. Timely and accurate completion of all paperwork associated with position.
  6. Monitor and enter information into customers' electronic portals and electronic EDI orders.
  7. Support Purchasing manager in updating tool room purchases and documenting into ERP system.
  8. Follow up with vendors for additional information and necessary documentation as required.
  9. Comply with all company policies and procedures in including safety and attendance requirements.
  10. Participate in activities to increase personal skill level, overall departmental processes and product quality.
  11. Resolve day-to-day issues by working effectively with others.
  12. Other duties required to meet company needs as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  1. High School diploma supplemented by 1-3 years' experience in similar capacity.
  2. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization.
  3. Good communication skills including the ability to receive oral and written instruction and provide information to outside vendors, customers, employees and management.
  4. Computer literate and comfortable learning new software.
  5. Advanced ability in use of MRP systems preferred.
  6. Able to use Microsoft Office program including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  7. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
